Terms of Service

• You must be 18 years old or older to commission me.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.
• Full payment up front, either through Paypal or Gcash. Strictly no refunds unless I personally cannot finish your commission.
• The wait time for an order may range from two weeks to two months per commission, depending on the complexity and how busy I am. If you need the order before a deadline, consider getting a priority commission.
• I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works (unless discussed beforehand). This includes publishing my work on my socials, adding it in my portfolios, and other projects. If you want it to be kept only to you, consider getting a private commission.
• My works are for personal use only, you are allowed to reshare my posts of it but strictly no reposting unless we have discussed it beforehand. Using it as profile pictures, banners, and wallpapers is okay with credit. You may also print them as long as it is only for yourself. If you want to be able to repost the work for advertisement, consider getting a commercial commission.
• You must credit me (@ diwatya) or have a link tracing back to one of my socials any time the art is showcased.
• You acknowledge that I am a digital artist and all my works are digital only, you will not be receiving any physical goods.
• I will regularly check in with how the commission is progressing — one for the concepts, another for the sketch, and then for the flat colours. After these check-ins, further edits will be subjected to additional fees. Afterwards, I will check-in with the progress of the rendering.
• Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI learning, commercial or not.
